Shining Light Inn & Suites Rooms

Room, bed & shower were clean and comfortable. This hotel has very few ammenities. Only coffee after 8am which is a little late for people visiting the area. Otherwise and good clean place at a reasonable price

The room was adequate but not much more. The location wa perfect for us. For a one night stay, it was ok given the low price.

The location works great for our needs and we come to this hotel very often. The staff knows us by now and always accommodates our needs. The bed is pretty comfortable and the room is always clean. They added more outlets when my last review commented about needing more outlets, and sure enough the next time I went they had added more outlets to make our stay more comfortable. I appreciate their efforts to make people happy with their accommodations. I have never had any issues staying here and recommend it.

The staff, the man running it was great and really seemed to care about the hotel… excellent customer service here. Its location was good and the price was very fair for what you are getting.

The room was spacious and very clean. The man at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of parking on premises.

Great location to sea world and medieval times. Bathroom smelled of cigarette and one of the mattresses needed changed. Springs were worn out. Customer service was great and very polite.

The hotel rooms are large and clean. The refrigerator and microwave oven are in the room, which is very convenient.

Staff was great

Room was clean and well lit. Bed was comfortable. Owner was very pleasant, polite and helpful. He went out of his way to provide us with coffee in the morning.

Nothing. Was not worth the price. Was overcharged, went back to the counter to demand overpayment, even though it was only $5.95. No (breakfast) no water, no coffee. Seems the building is a MOTEL and they changed the name, when you walk outside to enter your room (that's a motel) Totally disappointed.

Great location for everything, swimming pool was nice and clean, parking lot was clean over all, staff was friendly. Everything was close to the area.
